Booking Deposits1. Portrait Sessions
The sitting fee of £30 is payable 14 days, no less than 7 days prior to your desired sitting date. This entitles you to one free 8" x 6" mounted print.
50% of the fee will be treated as a non-refundable deposit. If a cancellation is made any less than 48 hours in advance, the full fee will be retained and be deemed non-refundable.
2. Weddings
An £50 non-refundable booking fee is payable on the date of your booking.
50% of the wedding fee is payable 1 month before the wedding date and then the remainder falls due no later than 2 weeks before your wedding date.
A cancellation fee of £100 will be charged in the event of a cancellation any later than 2 week before the wedding date.
3. Proms
A full lists of attendees along with contact details, plus a £10 deposit per person, is payable no less than 3 weeks prior to the prom date. This entitles each attendee to one 8" x 6" mounted print.
The fee is non-refundable.
4. Portrait Parties
The fee of £20 per head is payable no less than 2 weeks before the party date. 50% of this deposit will be treated as non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
5. Christenings
A £50 non-refundable booking is required at the time of the booking.
The balance of the agreed fee is payable on the day.
6. Birthday Parties, Special Occasions & Hen Parties
A £100 deposit is payable 1 month prior to the party date. 50% of the deposit will be deemed non-refundable in the event of a cancellation
7. Corporate Events
Deposit terms to be negotiated at time of enquiry and booking.
